Subscribe & Save Policy

1. Purpose

The WashChems Subscribe & Save Program (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) is designed to provide customers with automatic product deliveries at a discounted rate, ensuring uninterrupted supply while offering cost savings and convenience.

2. Program Overview

Customers who enroll in Subscribe & Save (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) agree to receive recurring shipments of selected WashChems products at a discounted subscription price.

By enrolling, customers authorize WashChems to automatically charge their selected payment method at the selected delivery frequency.

3. Eligibility

  • Available on select WashChems products only.
  • Customers must provide a valid payment method.
  • Subscription (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) is available to customers within eligible shipping regions.

4. Subscription (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) Discount

  • Subscribers receive a percentage discount off standard retail pricing.
  • Discount amount is displayed at time of purchase.
  • Discounts apply only while subscription remains active.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated otherwise.

5. Billing & Payment

  • Customers will be billed automatically on the selected billing cycle.
  • Payment is processed before shipment.
  • If payment fails, customers will be notified and given the opportunity to update payment details.
  • If payment is not successfully processed after multiple attempts, subscription (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) may be paused or canceled.

6. Shipping

  • Orders ship automatically based on selected frequency.
  • Shipping rates apply as stated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
  • WashChems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is current.

7. Managing Your Subscription (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription)

Customers may:

  • Pause shipments
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update shipping information
  • Update payment information
  • Cancel subscription*
    • *Subscriptions can be cancelled after the 2nd order re-occurrence

Changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled after the 2nd order re-occurrence; not the 1st initial order.
  • Subscriptions (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) may be canceled at any time.
  • Cancellation must occur at least 72 hours before the next billing date.
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) orders follow WashChems standard return policy.
  • Opened chemical products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to WashChems error.

10. Pricing Changes

WashChems reserves the right to adjust subscription (Rinse and Repeat Product Subscription) pricing. Customers will be notified in advance of any price changes. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

11. Program Modifications

WashChems reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program at any time.
